How to scramble an egg inside its shell

This is an animated gif that shows you a novel way of making scrambled eggs.

1. Start off by putting the uncooked egg inside the arm of a long-sleeved top.
2. Tighten and secure the egg as much as possible by using string to tie up each end.
3. Swing the egg around (as shown in the gif).
4. Boil your egg. (Be careful about tossing them straight into boiling water, as that's just bound to lead to cracked shells etc).
