Charles "Mask" Lewis on how he'd like to be remembered
Bruce Lee said "The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering." It's something that Bruce Lee certainly achieved because 40 years after his death it's as if he has never left at all. People are inspired by his words, actions, and the philosophies he expounded are embedded in some way shape or form in millions across the globe.
The late, great Charles "Mask" Lewis, is also a member of the mixed martial arts community whose words remain very powerful after his passing. He was a very inspirational and motivational man who had a very loving and encouragement vibration which he emanated on a constant basis. The one thing that a lot of people felt about "Mask" was that he was very real. And that's a very important statement about what "real" is. "Real" is being your most positive and best self. By being real he was able to encourage people across the planet and continue to do so today. In the end he achieved what he wanted out of his life:
Hopefully, at the end of the day, it would be said that I encouraged people to encourage.
Encouraged you to believe in yourself way past where you believed you could go.
